Business Brokerage Services and Consulting
Private Practice Transitions provides full-service business brokerage and consulting for business owners who want to take their business to market.
At Private Practice Transitions, we have successfully assisted hundreds of business owners with the sale of their professional service businesses. Over the years, we have created a proprietary Client Engagement Plan™, detailing the five (5) phases we guide our service business brokerage clients through.
Five (5) Phases of Our Business Brokerage Services:
- Phase 1 – Preparation
- Phase 2 – Marketing
- Phase 3 – Buyer Selection
- Phase 4 – Negotiating and Closing
- Phase 5 – Post-Closing Transition
In the Preparation Phase, we will gather information needed to create marketing materials, determine your business’s value, and prepare for a prospective buyer’s due diligence. During the Marketing Phase, we will implement our marketing plan utilizing both static and active marketing strategies simultaneously to reach the widest audience possible while concurrently tapping into our large network of buyers. During Buyer Selection, we will vet inquires, meet with prospects, and solicit offers. During the Negotiating and Closing Phase, we will finalize discussions with prospects, select a “winner” and close the deal! And finally, during the Transition Phase, we will work to achieve a seamless transition, including discussing best practices for notice to clients, staff, and the community.
You can count on Private Practice Transitions to be with you every step of the way. We are not a listing service. We are a hands-on, full-service brokerage dedicated to helping you achieve your goals. Having a professional business broker on your team will make the process much less labor intensive for you, allowing you to focus on what you do best – running your business.
Important Note: We respect the importance of maintaining your confidentiality throughout the process. Our brokers will not disclose confidential information without a signed non-disclosure agreement (NDA). We only provide information on a need-to-know basis, according to the buyer’s level of interest and viability.
