Mike Proa, MAI, CVA is the Business Systems & Financial Analyst at Private Practice Transitions. Mike brings over a decade of analytical and valuation experience to the firm.

Prior to joining Private Practice Transitions, Michael has conducted hundreds of independent appraisals on various types of commercial real estate. He is a Certified General Appraiser, licensed in multiple states. Analyzing and interpreting cash flows is central to the valuation of income producing properties, and he has demonstrated unique expertise in this field.

Mike has a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Finance from Utah Tech University. In his free time, you will find him out with his wife, four children, and his four-legged best friend exploring the red rocks of southern Utah. He enjoys all things summer, his Subaru, and music.
