Co-Founder/Operations Manager
Tanya Farmer is the co-founder and Operations Manager at Private Practice Transitions, where she oversees our company’s efficiency and productivity. As one of our client’s first contacts, Tanya works one-on-one with our clients through the onboarding process and assists our clients throughout the entire transition as needed.
With over six years in her role at Private Practice Transitions and another 10+ years of experience as a senior project manager, Tanya has extensive experience managing vendors, timelines, and budgets. Her negotiation, management, and process improvement skills provide unlimited benefits to both our clients and Private Practice Transitions.
Tanya has a Bachelor of Arts from Central Washington University and a master’s degree from Seattle Pacific University.
In her spare time, Tanya enjoys traveling, hiking, coaching volleyball, and spending time with friends and family.
