Tricia Link is the Transaction Manager at Private Practice Transitions. Bringing nearly 20 years of title and escrow experience to the firm, Tricia is a detail-oriented, strategic thinker with a depth of knowledge to shepherd our clients through closing.

Tricia is a Limited Practice Officer (LPO), licensed with the Washington State Bar Association.  Prior to joining Private Practice Transitions, Tricia built a reputable million-dollar escrow desk. Her deep understanding of the escrow and closing processes has been cultivated over many years while working her way from the ground up.  Tricia began her career in Customer Service and was quickly promoted to Escrow Assistant, then Junior Escrow Closer, and now LPO.

When not at work, Tricia enjoys spending time with her family, including two active children, relaxing in the sun in the spring and summer, and skiing in the winter.
